Tools i use
This page is a snapshot of my current stack.

I only include tools I personally use and revisit this list often as my work evolves. Some links may be affiliate/ referral, but everything here is something I’d recommend regardless.

If you want to talk through how any of these tools fit into your workflow, feel free to reach out or book time.

I started using Wallaxy in early 2025 and it’s become my go-to outbound engine. I scrape my LinkedIn connections, narrow them down with my own targeting process, then turn those into clean, personalized outbound campaigns. The inbox alone is worth it, and they keep rolling out automations that I’ve layered into my own workflows. Simple, powerful, and it actually fills the calendar.
Reclaim.ai is how I keep my sanity across work and life. It manages multiple work calendars, personal commitments, my kids’ sports, and the charities I’m involved with—without me playing calendar Tetris. I also use it to protect time for career and business development, not just meetings. Add in smart AI scheduling and invite coordination, and it quietly runs the chaos in the background.
I use Predictive Index to take the guesswork out of hiring and team performance. It gives me objective behavioral and cognitive insights so I can make smarter hiring decisions and build high-impact teams instead of just “good vibes” hiring. It’s become a core part of how I assess fit, predict performance, and develop people once they’re in the door. Straightforward, data-driven, and honestly makes the whole process way less messy. I use Apollo as a full-stack outbound engine for prospecting, enrichment, and multi-touch outreach. I chose it for the quality of its data and how easily it embeds into sales ops and broader workflows without friction. It lets me move fast, automate the boring parts, and focus on real conversations. Bonus: the pricing was meaningfully better than other tools I reviewed—without sacrificing capability.
