APOLLO

I use Apollo as a full-stack outbound engine for prospecting, enrichment, and multi-touch outreach. I chose it for the quality of its data and how easily it embeds into sales ops and broader workflows without friction.

It lets me move fast, automate the boring parts, and focus on real conversations. Bonus: the pricing was meaningfully better than other tools I reviewed — without sacrificing capability.

CURSOR

Cursor is the AI-native code editor I build in — from quick website tweaks to full internal tools — so I can ship fast without a full dev team behind every change.

CLAUDE

Claude is my daily AI for writing, strategy, and thinking through hard problems. It also powers the lead-qualification chatbot on this very site.

PERPLEXITY

Perplexity is my research engine — fast, sourced answers when I need to get up to speed on a market, company, or topic without living in ten browser tabs.

OPENAI

I lean on OpenAI's models — ChatGPT and the API — for content, brainstorming, and automating parts of my workflow.

FIREBASE

Firebase is my go-to backend — authentication, database, and hosting in one stack, so I can build and scale product without standing up infrastructure from scratch.

HUBSPOT

HubSpot is my CRM — where I track relationships, deals, and pipeline, and keep sales and marketing activity in one connected system.

JUSTCALL

JustCall runs my business calling and texting — a cloud phone system that keeps outreach and follow-up organized and logged alongside the rest of my stack.
