Fully Staffed

For auto repair & collision shop owners

The car's on the lift. The customer won't pick up.

Sound familiar?

Your week, honestly

  • A car sits on the lift for two hours while we wait for the customer to call back and approve the brakes.
  • My service writer explains the same timing belt job five times a day, and half the customers still think we're upselling.
  • Customers who came in for an oil change two years ago never came back.
  • I've had a tech job posted for months and the applicants can't pass a basic diag.
  • The front counter phone rings all day with people asking if their car is ready.

Built for Auto Repair & Collision Shops

  • Prompts

You write them, rewrite them, and get a different answer every time.

  • Skills

Your process, your voice, and your rules packaged once. The same good result every time anyone on your team asks.

  • Setup

Initial setup takes about 30 minutes to connect your email, calendar, and the basics. Each additional system usually takes 5 to 10 minutes, as long as you have your passwords and logins handy. It’s done live with Evan or one of our trained experts. Need more help? Book a time and we'll coordinate.

Before and after

What changes this week

Repair approvals that come back fast

Today

The tech finds worn pads, a leaking strut, and a cracked serpentine belt. The service writer leaves a voicemail and the bay sits empty while you wait.

With the kit

An approval text is drafted that explains each item in plain English, what's urgent vs. what can wait, and the price. The customer replies yes from their phone.

Skill: Repair Explainer & Approval Text

Overdue customers back in the bay

Today

Hundreds of customers in Tekmetric haven't been in for a year. Nobody has time to reach out.

With the kit

Service reminders and win-back messages are written for customers overdue on oil, brakes, or inspection, in your shop's voice, ready to load into your reminder tool.

Skill: Service Reminder Reactivation

Every new caller gets a quick answer

Today

Someone calls about a check-engine light while both writers are with customers. It goes to voicemail and they call the next shop.

With the kit

A personal callback text and a short phone script are drafted for every missed call and web request, so the front counter can respond between customers.

Skill: Speed-to-Lead Responder

Hiring techs who can actually do the work

Today

Your "Auto Technician Wanted" post gets applicants with no tools and no certifications.

With the kit

A job post that says what the bays, pay plan, and equipment really look like, plus screening questions that sort out real experience before you spend a shop hour on a test drive.

Skill: Hiring Screener

Review replies that sound like the owner

Today

A customer leaves one star because the job took a day longer than quoted. You either ignore it or reply angry.

With the kit

A calm, specific reply is drafted for every review, and happy customers get a short ask the day they pick up.

30-second math

What's it worth to you?

1. Tick the work you do

Adjust the hours per week to match your week.

How we calculate this (assumptions)
  • Hours saved per week = sum of (hours per task × people × time saved on that task).
  • Time saved per task is set conservatively at 30–50%: the kit drafts, a person still reviews and sends.
  • Annual value = hours saved per week × 48 working weeks × your hourly value.
  • Workdays per month = hours saved per week × 4.33 weeks ÷ 8 hours.
  • Kit price = base price for the first person + a per-person add-on for each additional person.
  • Payback = kit price ÷ (annual value ÷ 365).
  • Any revenue estimate is shown separately and is not included in the time-savings total.
  • Time saved per task on this page: Explaining estimates and getting approvals 35%; Calling back missed calls and web requests 40%; Service reminders and win-back messages 45%; Asking for and replying to reviews 50%; Job posts and screening tech applicants 30%; "Is my car ready?" calls and updates 30%.

Fair questions

Before you ask

Won't this make us sound pushy?

The opposite. The approval text separates what's a safety issue today from what can wait, in plain language. Customers say yes faster when they understand what they're paying for.

Does it plug into Tekmetric or Shopmonkey?

Not directly. It writes the messages and your service writer pastes them into the shop software or texts them. Nothing to integrate, nothing that touches your repair orders.

Does it work for collision and insurance jobs?

Yes, for the customer side: explaining the estimate, supplement delays, and status updates. It doesn't negotiate with insurers or write your estimate in CCC.

Do my techs have to use it?

No. Techs keep writing their notes like they do now. The front counter uses the kit to turn those notes into something the customer can read.

Who sees my customer and vehicle info?

It runs in your own Claude account; we don't see your emails or files.

What do I need to get started?

A paid Claude plan. Initial setup takes about 30 minutes to connect your email, calendar, and the basics. Each additional system usually takes 5 to 10 minutes, as long as you have your passwords and logins handy. Need more help? Book a time and we'll coordinate.

What if it doesn't work for us?

You're covered by a 30-day guarantee: if we can't get your kit running in your own Claude account within 30 days of purchase, we refund the full price. The one exception is connecting to custom-built internal tools that don't offer a standard API, MCP, or CLI. Ask us before you buy if that's what you rely on.
