Fully Staffed

For general contractors & remodelers

You shouldn't be writing bids at 10pm.

A ready-made set of AI skills that turns your walkthrough notes into bids, writes change orders the day they happen, and chases subs and suppliers so the schedule holds.

Sound familiar?

Your week, honestly

  • I walk three jobs on Tuesday and the bids don't go out until Sunday night.
  • The client asked for a bigger window on site. Nobody wrote it up, and now it's a fight at final invoice.
  • I spend half my morning texting the drywall sub to confirm he's actually coming Thursday.
  • Homeowners call asking what's happening because nobody sent an update this week.
  • Draws go out late and the last ten percent of the job takes three months to collect.

Copy. Paste. Tweak. Repeat.

Still sounds like a robot.

Still eats your night.

This isn't that.

Built for General Contractors & Remodelers

  • Prompts

You write them, rewrite them, and get a different answer every time.

  • Skills

Your process, your voice, and your rules packaged once. The same good result every time anyone on your team asks.

  • Setup

Initial setup takes about 30 minutes to connect your email, calendar, and the basics. Each additional system usually takes 5 to 10 minutes, as long as you have your passwords and logins handy. It’s done live with Evan or one of our trained experts. Need more help? Book a time and we'll coordinate.

Before and after

What changes this week

Walkthrough notes → finished bid

Today

You've got photos, a page of chicken-scratch, and a spreadsheet of numbers. Turning that into a bid the client can read eats your whole evening.

With the kit

Your notes and numbers become a clean bid with scope, allowances, exclusions, and payment terms. You check the math and send it.

Skill: Estimate & Bid Builder

Change orders written on the spot

Today

The homeowner asks to move the island two feet. You say sure, the crew does it, and nobody puts a price on it until the final bill.

With the kit

The change order and a short note to the client are drafted the same day: what changed, what it costs, how it moves the schedule. They sign before the work starts.

Skill: Change Order Writer

Subs and suppliers who show up when they said

Today

The cabinets were supposed to land Monday. You find out Monday they're on backorder, and the plumber is already on site.

With the kit

Confirm-and-chase messages go out to every sub and supplier a few days ahead of their date, so you hear about the slip while there's still time to move things.

Skill: Sub & Supplier Follow-up

Weekly client updates without the phone calls

Today

The homeowner texts you at 8pm asking why nobody was on site today. You were waiting on the inspector.

With the kit

Your jobsite notes turn into a plain weekly update: what got done, what's next, what you're waiting on, and any decisions they need to make.

Skill: Client Update Writer

Draws and final payments that actually come in

Today

The job's done, the punch list is closed, and the final invoice has been sitting for 45 days.

With the kit

Reminders go out on a schedule, polite first and firmer later, tied to the milestones in your contract.

Skill: Invoice Chaser

30-second math

What's it worth to you?

1. Tick the work you do

Adjust the hours per week to match your week.

How we calculate this (assumptions)
  • Hours saved per week = sum of (hours per task × people × time saved on that task).
  • Time saved per task is set conservatively at 30–50%: the kit drafts, a person still reviews and sends.
  • Annual value = hours saved per week × 48 working weeks × your hourly value.
  • Workdays per month = hours saved per week × 4.33 weeks ÷ 8 hours.
  • Kit price = base price for the first person + a per-person add-on for each additional person.
  • Payback = kit price ÷ (annual value ÷ 365).
  • Any revenue estimate is shown separately and is not included in the time-savings total.
  • Time saved per task on this page: Writing bids and estimates 40%; Change orders and client updates 40%; Confirming and chasing subs and suppliers 35%; Draws, invoicing, and collections 40%; Daily logs and job notes 30%; Following up on bids that went quiet 50%.

Keep the tools you already run

  • Buildertrend

The kit doesn't replace Buildertrend or JobTread. It writes the bids, change orders, and messages, and you paste them into the project software and accounting you already run.

Fair questions

Before you ask

Does it come up with my pricing?

No. You bring the numbers: your costs, your markup, your sub quotes. The kit organizes them into a bid the client can follow and flags anything that looks off. You approve every price.

Does it connect to Buildertrend or JobTread?

Not directly. It drafts the documents and messages, and you paste or upload them where they already live. No integration project, nothing to break mid-job.

Are the change orders legally solid?

They're clear, written the same day, and match the terms you already use. They're not legal advice. If you want your contract language reviewed, have your attorney look at the template once and reuse it.

I'm on job sites all day, not at a desk.

That's the point. Talk or type your notes from the truck, and the kit turns them into the bid, the update, or the change order. You review it when you're back in the office.

Who sees my bids and client info?

It runs in your own Claude account; we don't see your emails or files.

What do I need to get started?

A paid Claude plan. Initial setup takes about 30 minutes to connect your email, calendar, and the basics. Each additional system usually takes 5 to 10 minutes, as long as you have your passwords and logins handy. Need more help? Book a time and we'll coordinate.

What if it doesn't work for us?

You're covered by a 30-day guarantee: if we can't get your kit running in your own Claude account within 30 days of purchase, we refund the full price. The one exception is connecting to custom-built internal tools that don't offer a standard API, MCP, or CLI. Ask us before you buy if that's what you rely on.
