Sound familiar?

Your week, honestly

  • Catering inquiries pile up in the inbox during the rush, and I answer them two days later from my car.
  • Produce and protein prices moved again and I honestly don't know what the short rib costs us anymore.
  • Two servers quit this month. I'm reposting the same job ad and hoping someone shows up to the interview.
  • A one-star review about a 20-minute wait is sitting there unanswered and I'm too annoyed to reply yet.
  • I know I should post the weekend special. It's Friday at 4 and I haven't.

Before and after

What changes this week

Catering inquiries answered the same day

Skill: Catering Inquiry Closer

Knowing what a plate actually costs

Today

Menu prices were set two years ago. Since then your supplier invoices have changed every month.

With the kit

Drop in your recipe and the latest invoice prices and get the plate cost, the margin at today's price, and a suggested price you can decide on.

Skill: Menu Costing Helper

Job posts that bring people to the interview

Today

"Now hiring all positions" on Indeed, a pile of applicants, and half of them never answer when you call.

With the kit

Specific posts for line cook, server, or barista that spell out shifts, pay, and what the job is really like, plus quick screening questions.

Skill: Job Post Builder

Every review gets a calm, human reply

Today

Good reviews get ignored. Bad ones get a reply you write when you're still angry.

With the kit

Replies are drafted for every review: thanks for the good ones, and a steady, specific response for the rough ones that invites them back.

Skill: Review & Reputation

The weekend special posted before the weekend

Today

Specials, events, and new menu items live on a whiteboard and never make it online.

With the kit

One note about the special turns into a week of posts and a short email to regulars, ready to go Monday.

30-second math

What's it worth to you?

1. Tick the work you do

Adjust the hours per week to match your week.

How we calculate this (assumptions)
  • Hours saved per week = sum of (hours per task × people × time saved on that task).
  • Time saved per task is set conservatively at 30–50%: the kit drafts, a person still reviews and sends.
  • Annual value = hours saved per week × 48 working weeks × your hourly value.
  • Workdays per month = hours saved per week × 4.33 weeks ÷ 8 hours.
  • Kit price = base price for the first person + a per-person add-on for each additional person.
  • Payback = kit price ÷ (annual value ÷ 365).
  • Any revenue estimate is shown separately and is not included in the time-savings total.
  • Time saved per task on this page: Answering catering and private-event inquiries 45%; Updating menu costs and prices 40%; Job posts, screening, and scheduling interviews 35%; Replying to Google and Yelp reviews 50%; Posting specials, events, and menu changes 45%; Building order lists and checking supplier invoices 30%.

Fair questions

Before you ask

Does it connect to Toast or Square?

Not directly. For menu costing, you can paste in recipe amounts and invoice prices or export a report. For everything else, the kit writes the message and you send it from wherever you already do.

I barely have time to eat. When would I use this?

Between services, on your phone. Most tasks take a couple of minutes: paste the catering email, get a reply, send it. That's the point.

Can I trust the plate cost numbers?

The math is only as good as what you give it. It works from your recipes and your invoice prices, shows its work, and flags anything that looks off. You make the pricing call.

Will the replies sound like a chain restaurant?

No. During setup the kit learns how you talk to guests, and you review every reply before it goes out.

Who sees my numbers and guest emails?

It runs in your own Claude account; we don't see your emails or files.

What do I need to get started?

A paid Claude plan. Initial setup takes about 30 minutes to connect your email, calendar, and the basics. Each additional system usually takes 5 to 10 minutes, as long as you have your passwords and logins handy. Need more help? Book a time and we'll coordinate.

What if it doesn't work for us?

You're covered by a 30-day guarantee: if we can't get your kit running in your own Claude account within 30 days of purchase, we refund the full price. The one exception is connecting to custom-built internal tools that don't offer a standard API, MCP, or CLI. Ask us before you buy if that's what you rely on.
