Fully Staffed

For estimators

Twelve bids due this month and the numbers are the easy part.

A ready-made set of AI skills that turns your takeoff and walkthrough notes into a clean proposal, writes the scope and exclusions so nothing gets assumed, and follows up on bids that went quiet.

Sound familiar?

Your week, honestly

  • The takeoff is done. Now it's two hours of writing the scope and exclusions.
  • Three bids went out last week and nobody has heard back on any of them.
  • The GC wants a revised number by tomorrow with the alternates broken out.
  • You reuse an old proposal and forget to delete the last client's name.
  • You won the job, then realized the margin got squeezed on materials.

15 seconds

This isn't prompting.

You've been sold prompts.

Copy. Paste. Tweak. Repeat.

Still sounds like a robot.

Still eats your night.

This isn't that.

A skill is your playbook, built in.

Your voice. Your process. Same result every time.

Built for Estimator

  • Prompts

You write them, rewrite them, and get a different answer every time.

  • Skills

Your process, your voice, and your rules packaged once. The same good result every time anyone on your team asks.

  • Setup

Initial setup takes about 30 minutes to connect your email, calendar, and the basics. Each additional system usually takes 5 to 10 minutes, as long as you have your passwords and logins handy. It’s done live with Evan or one of our trained experts. Need more help? Book a time and we'll coordinate.

Before and after

Today

Smaller jobs get a one-line email quote that's easy to compare on price alone.

30-second math

What's it worth?

1. Tick the work you do

Adjust the hours per week to match your week.

How we calculate this (assumptions)
  • Hours saved per week = sum of (hours per task × people × time saved on that task).
  • Time saved per task is set conservatively at 30–50%: the kit drafts, a person still reviews and sends.
  • Annual value = hours saved per week × 48 working weeks × your hourly value.
  • Workdays per month = hours saved per week × 4.33 weeks ÷ 8 hours.
  • Kit price = base price for the first person + a per-person add-on for each additional person.
  • Payback = kit price ÷ (annual value ÷ 365).
  • Any revenue estimate is shown separately and is not included in the time-savings total.
  • Time saved per task on this page: Turning takeoffs into written proposals 40%; Writing scopes, exclusions, and alternates 40%; Following up on open bids 50%; Revising bids after client or GC feedback 35%; Comparing supplier and sub quotes 30%; Checking margin before sending 30%.

How to pitch this to your boss

More bids out the door and fewer that die in silence. That's the pitch.

  • Run the calculator above with your real hours. It shows the time back each week, the annual value and the payback.
  • More bids go out each month with the same estimator.
  • Every open bid gets followed up, so fewer jobs are lost to silence.
  • It's set up around our scopes, line items and proposal format. Your pricing and markup don't change. It writes, you set the number.
"Let's start with new bids and follow-ups, and review bids sent and hours saved after the first month."

Fair questions

Before you ask

Does it do the takeoff?

No. Keep using your takeoff software and your spreadsheet. The kit picks up from there and writes the proposal, scope, and follow-up.

Will it change my numbers?

No. It uses the numbers you give it and flags anything that looks off on margin. The price is always yours.

What do I need to get started?

A paid Claude plan. Initial setup takes about 30 minutes to connect your email, calendar, and the basics. Each additional system usually takes 5 to 10 minutes, as long as you have your passwords and logins handy. Need more help? Book a time and we'll coordinate.

Where do our bids and pricing go?

It runs in your own Claude account; we don't see your emails or files.

What if it doesn't work for us?

You're covered by a 30-day guarantee: if we can't get your kit running in your own Claude account within 30 days of purchase, we refund the full price. The one exception is connecting to custom-built internal tools that don't offer a standard API, MCP, or CLI. Ask us before you buy if that's what you rely on.
